We roast all of our Brazilian Marques de Paiva® coffee in our state-of-the-art CarbonNeutral® facility in Varginha, Brazil. A small portion of our coffees are also roasted in Colombia and Seattle, Washington.

Because we roast the majority of our coffee at origin, the net weight of coffee we ship is approximately 18% lower than it would be for shipments of unroasted coffee beans – helping to reduce our environmental impact.

Expert roasters ensure the consistently high standard of our coffees; we also operate a comprehensive environmental management system (ISO 14001 Certified) at the site to minimize our impacts in waste, packaging, energy consumption, and other areas.
